Yesterday was the global regents, which I rocked. Except for the DBQ where I did all three things instead of choosing two, I'm really proud of myself.
After we brought Katie home, I went over to my dad's office to do some work which really just consisted of typing a bunch of numbers in the right place. Not exactly brain surgery, but I'm making pretty good money.
When I got home, I saw an IM message from Sarah Rumrill that people were going to the movies at 7. It was like, 6:45 but I really wanted to go so my mom brought me and I met up with a group of people (Sarah R, Sam, Liz Grebe, Alyssa Earle, and later Derek and Kayla Summers) to see Shrek the Third. It was better than the second, but the funny parts were really when we were making fun of the movie (Character: I remember high school. I got called names! Us: Like queer? Was that one of them? Faggot.) when it got too sappy or predictable. Also, the best part was that I found someone who ACTUALLY EATS POPCORN AT THE MOVIES! Katie and Sarah S refuse to have any part of popcorn-eating, which baffles me. But Sarah R and I were able to eat our way through most of the bucket popcorn despite neither of us being particularly hungry. It was a beautiful thing.
